About Velingrad History Museum

The History Museum in Velingrad is in the Kamenitsa quarter, next to the Holy Trinity Church. Its displays cover the history of the Chepino valley, from Thracian finds to the merging of three villages into Velingrad in 1948.

Velingrad is known for its many mineral springs and calls itself the spa capital of the Balkans.
