About Dimitrovgrad: History Museum, Penyo Penev House and Planetarium

Dimitrovgrad was founded in 1947 by joining three villages and was built as a model socialist town. Its History Museum tells this story and that of the villages before it.

The Penyo Penev House Museum is dedicated to the poet who came to work on the building of the town. The Giordano Bruno Observatory and Planetarium offers shows and evening views of the sky.
