About Apriltsi
Apriltsi is a small town in Lovech Province, Central North Bulgaria, near the highest part of the Balkan Mountains. It is the centre of Apriltsi Municipality and was formed by merging four large mountain villages: Novo Selo, Zla Reka, Vidima and Ostrets.
Thanks to its position in a valley below Botev Peak, Apriltsi is a developing tourist resort and a gateway to the Central Balkan National Park.
