About Montana Regional History Museum
The Regional History Museum in Montana is in the centre of the town. Its displays cover the archaeology and history of the region, including the Roman settlement of Montana, whose name the town took in 1993.
The museum also looks after the remains of the Roman and late-antique fortress on the hill above the town.
