About Bansko
Bansko is a town in south-western Bulgaria, in Blagoevgrad Province near Razlog, at the foot of the Pirin Mountains. Once a stock-breeding and travelling merchant community, it is now an international centre for winter and summer tourism.
Bansko has become a known destination for digital nomads, helped by its affordability and natural setting. The old town has museums dedicated to Neofit Rilski and Nikola Vaptsarov and the Holy Trinity Church, all among the 100 National Tourist Sites.
