The story begins in 1991 when Mr Dimitar Grivov launched the GRIVAS brand in the city of Sliven, Bulgaria. After many entrepreneurial endeavors and gradual acknowledgement in the market in times of turbulent and complex situation in the country, the company soon became a leading producer and importer of all types of nuts and dried fruits. We have established one of the most modern production and packaging plants on the Balkans using equipment by leading machine manufacturers as Procter, Multivak, Hencovak, ets.

For producing GRIVAS nuts and fruits we only use high quality raw materials from top growing areas around the world (USA, Spain, Turkey, Greece,India, China, Egypt etc) which we carefully process under constant control.With our long-run experience in production and with the expertise of our specialists, we develop our own unique recipes and tastes. The company constantly develops new products and improves the classic recipes to bring up better quality and maximum satisfaction to our customers.

At the moment Grivas Ltd. is one of the leading brands in the industry and has built very strong relations with its partners in Bulgaria and around the world. Using total quality management techniques in production we seek to adjust to the specific requirements of the consumer and to keep closer links with our current and prospective clients. Quality is the ultimate goal in our business which we guarantee with all certificates we have been awarded: Grivas Ltd was the first company in the industry in Bulgaria to obtain ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certificates. Nevertheless, the most valuable recognition for us is the one from our clients and the final consumer.
