MBM-Metalwork Ltd. is a fast-developing Bulgarian-Italian company established in Bulgaria in 2005 as part of Meroni Group, Italy. Our activities are organised as follows:

* Serial production of punched metal parts and assemblies for various markets

* Tooling production: dies, moulds, etc.

Our technology covers the full production cycle: cutting raw material with a shearing machine or 2D laser machine, bending, drilling, milling and turning, wire erosion, welding, protective coatings (galvanising or painting) and packaging.

Under the expert guidance of its managers and in cooperation with qualified technicians, the company is developing with the aim of reaching a leading position at regional level in the production of punched and machined products and tooling. Our philosophy is to offer the best prices and delivery terms for finished parts.

Thanks to high quality and honesty in our relationships with suppliers and customers, we are already known as a valuable and responsible partner in Bulgaria and abroad.

Our products are used in a wide range of industries: automotive, motorcycles, household appliances and furniture, mechanical equipment, lift equipment, etc.

MBM-Metalwork Ltd. is the official representative of the brands:

* KAPRIOL, Italy (construction and work equipment and clothing)

* MyTECH, Italy (panniers and accessories for motorcycles)

MBM-Metalwork was established in Bulgaria in 2005 as part of Meroni Group, Italy. Our activities are organised in two areas: serial production of metal parts and assemblies for various machines and appliances to the customer’s drawings, and the production of tooling. Our staff comprises 35 highly qualified workers. The company has built its own new production and administrative building and, since the beginning of 2011, has had every opportunity to develop and increase its production capacity. It is located in Ruse, within the newly developing Industrial Park.

Our equipment allows the production of a wide range of sheet-metal parts up to 6 mm thick. Finished products are delivered without surface coating, but at the customer’s request we can supply them powder-coated, galvanised or nickel-plated.

We also have a dedicated design and engineering department.

90% of our output is exported to Western Europe, and our clients include internationally renowned manufacturers in various industries:

- Motorcycles and scooters: Piaggio Group (Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Derbi, Gilera), Yamaha, Ducati; for them we produce various structural metal components. For BMW and Yamaha touring motorcycles we make panniers and accessories.

- Cars: FIAT, also structural metal components.

- Lifts: KONE, mainly brackets on which the lift rails are mounted, and spare parts for lifts. We will also soon start producing 8 to 10 types of floor platforms for their cabins.

- Agricultural machinery: GOLDONI, AGRITALIA; structural parts for compact agricultural machinery and machine accessories.

- Garden machinery: VIKING, AL-KO, HUSQVARNA

- Other: internal components for vending machines (N&W, Saeco, Bianchi Vending), household appliances, etc.

We are able to supply metal parts for most industrial sectors.
