The TRUD JSC was established in 1893. It started its activity as a joint-stock company for production of building materials. In 1897 a new type of product entered the market - refractory bricks. TRUD became firmly bounded with foundation of the refractory industry in Bulgaria. Today the Company produces a wide range of dense and light weight refractory products and materials.

The TRUD Company is a successful union of a centuries old tradition with the priorities of contemporary technologies. Produces dense and heat insulating refractory products and materials. The Company offers to its clients:

After conversion of all forms of government management today TRUD JSC is a Public limited company with Bord of Directors and Executive Director, as the government share is less than 8%.

The nearness of the Danube river assists the perfect transport relations to TRUD JSC. The company is in contiguity to Ro - Ro terminal Rousse - Giurgiu, Danube bridge and Duty-free zone. The company has its own railway that gives fast and economical transport. The modern gas network that is ownership of TRUD JSC is one of the factors for low cost of our production.
