The consulting firm "RUMIX" was founded in 2001 and was licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works to assess the conformity to the investment projects as well as to control during construction process all types of building constructions, according to Ordinance № 1 from 30th July, 2003 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works concerning the nomenclature of the types of construction in the Republic of Bulgaria

"RUMIX" (Sole Owner) Ltd has had a long experience in the construction control in the following spheres: residential buildings, administrative buildings, commercial office and industrial buildings, manufacturing plants and others. The company has also experienced in preparing reports on the assessment of the conformity of investment projects to the essential and important requirements for the buildings, preparing technical passports, etc.

Our priority when carrying out the assignments is the quality when planning and maintaining the fixed indices and parameters of the processes throughout all stages of controlling the construction process, aiming at meeting the clients’ requirements and expectations as well as observing the requirements of the acting legal regulations. The Management targets maximum efficient control regarding the qualitative indices of the employees’ work, giving comfort to the clients concerning the work conditions and organization together with them, conducting innovation policy directed to increasing the process reliability and the quality of the services offered as well as providing the necessary resources about that

As consultant under the Territory Planning Act, "RUMIX" (Sole Owner) Ltd aims at satisfying market requirements and offering services of European quality level.
