Established in 1993 as a construction entrepreneurial firm, FairPlay International JSC (FPI) is one of the most prominent investment companies in Bulgaria in the real estate sector today. Currently, it develops and implements diverse and ever more large-scale projects ranging from the construction of residential buildings to big logistics parks, from the management of hotel complexes to investments in agriculture.

FairPlay International is one of the most dynamically developing companies in the area of investments in real estates in Bulgaria. The investment activity of the company in the past few years, as well as the projects, implemented by FPI are large-scale and versatile.

Company’s investment activity is developing in several main directions:

• Investments in residential estate;

• Investments in hotels and holiday real estates;
