In 2005 the real estate market in Bulgaria marked a truly phenomenal growth. It was in this year that Skyline started to operate, among a number of other real estate agencies.

Our Services include:

* Viewing trips

Viewing properties are free of charge in case you buy any property through our company.

In case you decide not to buy, we charge €0,20 per kilometer.

* Agency commission

Our commission is 3 % of the property purchase price, but not less than €900.

The commission is payable on the date of signing the preliminary contract and paying the deposit.

If you buy more than 2 properties through our company, we shell make a discount on the commission.

* Legal charges when transferring property ownership

At purchasing a property there will be some extra expenses such as: a notary fee, state tax, official entry state fee; they are usually about 3-4 % of the price.

* Company setting-up fee

Setting-up of Bulgarian Limited Company will cost you €600 including all fees.

* Accountant Services

Keeping and maintaining the paperwork of your company our accountant can take over for an annual fee of €150.
