MY BG AGENT is a versatile source, offering buyers the wide choice of properties provided by reputable local agents in every corner of the country, a portal further benefiting from all the relevant information that you might need in the process of buying and settling down in a new country.

We follow simple rules:

* No matter what you do, it should be done well and with no detail overlooked. We have carried that lesson with us into our real estate career. All the details really do matter.

* Most of our business is based on referrals. Our philosophy is simple: Happy clients are the best marketing tool!

Whether our property search or property listings service you choose,

Our procedure is to:

* Drive and accompany our clients at a time to suit them.

* Keep our clients updated on the properties we view to fine-tune their requirements.

And, once a suitable property has been found, we:

* Provide a thorough evaluation of its type and location, based on our local market knowledge.

* Professionally negotiate terms in the best interests of our client.

* Take whatever measures are necessary to avoid gazumping competition.

* Oversee all aspects of the transaction through to exchange and completion.

* Where necessary, liaise with surveyors, solicitors, architects, builders, decorators, etc.
