About Chernomorets
Chernomorets is a town on the Black Sea coast in Sozopol Municipality, about 24 km south-east of Burgas, on the south shore of Burgas Bay, the largest bay on the Bulgarian coast. Until 1951 it was known as Sveti Nikola.
It became a town in 2009 and is a popular resort with small hotels and holiday homes.
