About Rusalka
Rusalka ("mermaid") is a seaside resort on the northern Black Sea coast in Dobrich Province. It lies in a nature reserve in a bay about 90 km north-east of Varna and 23 km from Shabla, surrounded by oak forests.
The resort is an all-inclusive area of about 600 one-storey houses and has long been popular with foreign visitors. It is known for its sports facilities, including many tennis courts, and for its position near Cape Kaliakra.
