"STIL 21" LTD is actively developing Investment Company, founded in 2001 in town of Burgas and commiting wide spectrum of services in real estates. Our main business is investment in residential complexes.
Our first project is a house with 500 sq.m. living area, located in village of Ravda at Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.
Since 2005 our company has realized functions of a general contractor for construction of residential buildings. For the building process we engage specialized building companies and construction materials suppliers. We retrieve and purchase land with construction purposes, get the proper licences, project documentation, build houses and organise apartment sales.
We are taking part in Real Estate Exhibitions in London, Moscow and St Peterburg.
We believe that our success is based on individual approach to every client. We guarantee our clients and partners observance Bulgarian Legislation, confidentiality, attractive payment schemes.
Since 2008 the company realized it's biggest project - an exclusivly development, located in Bansko - apart hotel "ORBILUX"***.
