PREFABRICATED HOUSES-CASAS PREFABRICADAS production of MILIN KAMAK JSC, Vratsa Bulgaria. We are a well-known Bulgarian producer with stable positions on the market. Outlining the main strategic points that lead the company to steady and expanding market positions we lay on equal terms the interests of our customers and our company with the firm belief that the mutual respect allows both sides to bring to a fact the envisaged projects with satisfaction. We develop an integrated internal system for quality improvement and control and work with selected deliverers and partners (all the products we use have quality certificates).

MILIN KAMAK JSC is among the establishers of the Union of the Bulgarian Prefabricated Houses Producers’ and is a member of Bulgarian Builders’ Association. The company is registered in Central Professional Register by the Bulgarian Builders’ Association.

By the end of year 2008 we have erected prefabricated houses:

Kalotina /Sofia, Dragoman/; Bardarski geran /Vratsa, Pleven/; Primorsko /Bourgas/; Novo selo /Vidin/; Godech /Sofia, Montana/; Yambol; Starozagorski mineralni bani /Stara Zagora/; Osoica /Sofia, Botevgrad/; Dolna Dikania /Pernik, Blagoevgrad/; Ognianovo /Elin Pelin, Sofia/; Selianin /Vakarel, Sofia/; Izvor /Kiustendil/; Belogradchik /Vidin/; Vetren /Bourgas/; Zvezdica /Varna/; Vratsa; Aprilci /Troyan/; Kouzludui; Silistra; Veslets /Vratsa/; Varbeshnica /Vratsa/; Belene /Pleven/; Kamchia /Varna/.

By the end of year 2009 is forthcoming the erection of low-energy prefabricated houses in the area of: Sofia; Voinegovtsi /Sofia/; Rouse; Kostinbrod /Sofia/; Godech /Sofia, Montana /; Miloslavtsi /Bresnik/; Bresnik; Boujuriste; Plovdiv; Varshets /Vratsa, Montana/.

Our complex approach and an experience in the mutual work with investors and partners enables us to assume the obligation for the erection of completely finished prefabricated houses all over the country.
