The cheese is prized in salads, eaten in snack or added to Mediterranean style dishes. Kondov Ecoproductia Ltd. is also producer and exporter of semi-hard Bulgarian style
yellow cheese Kasseri Kashkaval Balkan from sheep’s milk and semi-hard butter cheese from goat’s milk. The Kondov’s products are well aged a minimum 60 days and shelf life of the above products is 18 months. The products are placed in white range packages: from 16 kg lithographed tins to 0,200 uh vacuum packages and small pp boxes. Products of Kondov Ecoproductia Ltd. are well known in Europe, Near East and United States of America.
