“Tandem Invest” Ltd. is a Bulgarian based building company, specialized in the building of family houses and complexes, renovations, restorations, consulting and expert valuation of properties in the Rhodope Mountains region. It was founded in the year of 2000 by two partners, whose experience found continuation in a new beginning. The company is based in the town of Chepelare – 10 Bratan Shukerov Str. and the head office is located at 14 Belomorska Str.
Our experts are very well trained with unrivalled knowledge and responsibility for the quality of the taken orders. We have our own technical equipment, trained leading stuff and dedication which make the company one of the major in the region of the Rhodope Mountains.
The company is ruled by the Manager – Mrs. Iliana Takova and the Deputy Manager – Mr. Chavdar Kavardjiev.
