real estate company to obtain the double certification of Bureau Veritas Quality International and AENOR, which verifies that Hercesa’s adopted quality system in development, management,
sales and leasing exceeds the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
The subsidiary of the company – Hercesa Bulgaria EOOD was established in 2006.
At the beginning of 2007 the company acquired a plot in the area of Manastirski livadi, where the project Lipite with more than 400 apartments is to be built. In the autumn of 2008 the company
presented to the Bulgarian market the project Zelenika – a residential complex on an area of 103 000 square meters with over 2000 apartments and an own train station. The complex
will be located between the Gorna Bania and Ovcha kupel residential districts in the capital.
