We are among the first licensed investments brokers with Resolution IB-72 / 31.07.1998 of Securities and Stock Exchanges Commission (now Financial Supervision Commission).
UG Market is a Member of Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia from 22.01.1999 and from 30.09.1998 г. is a member of The National Depository. We have a BNB License (Registration No. 061 / 14.11.2000) for initiating deals with foreign currency. With Resolution of the National State Securities Commission No. 197- IB / 11.07.2001 we are permitted to trade with foreign Securities for our own or clients’ expense.
Since 2002 we present in classifications of Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD – Sofia and since 2003 we are between first three for concluded deals at Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
