“METAL” PLC is one of the largest manufacturers of safety locking systems, door and window handles, builder hardware and furniture fittings.
Since its founding in 1910 the company has followed the policy of establishing long-lasting commercial contacts, of completely covering the needs of the building and industrial manufacturers as regards the products in this sphere.
The company became 100% private in 1995.
The production plants are situated over 70 000 square meters, of which 33 000 square meters are a built-up area. The company has its own design department and tool shop. Our company has at its disposal the latest technology from the German supplier FRECH for die-casting magnesium and zinc alloys, metal working lathes and spark erosion machines FANUC.
We also have the latest generation of GIULIANI machinery for the manufacture and assembly of safety locks, as well as completely automated machines for the construction of locks and door handles, electroplating installations for zinc-aluminum-copper parts and for steel, a differentiated sector for stamping brass articles. The goods we produce are in compliance with the Bulgarian National Standard and the DIN standard.
The company has its own hardware-testing laboratory, authorized for the performance of state tests. The company has a quality management system certificated to ISO 9001.
