“UniBuild” is the new name of „Union Trade” company which was founded in 1991. During the past years the firm strengthened its position on the real estate market in Bulgaria by means of wise investment policy and high quality construction. In 2005 the General assembly of „Union Trade” decided to change the name to “UniBuild” and change the corresponding logotype.
“UniBuild” is specialized in managing investment projects. Performing multiple activities at the same time, the company carries out its projects from an investment study to completion of the buildings and their sale. “UniBuild” also offers a wide range of consulting services – beforehand investment studies, expert valuation of property as well as tendency forecast concerning the Bulgarian real estate market. Besides consulting for potential and actual real estate investors, the company also deals with overall project creation, construction and putting into use of different types of buildings – blocks of flats, family houses, business centers, hotels, etc. Its modern, aesthetic and functional buildings can be seen in the center and in prestigious neighborhoods in Sofia – Dianabad, Reduta, Manastirski Livadi, Lozenetz, Boyana, Dragalevtsi and Simeonovo, as well as in the Black Sea resort Sunny Beach. „UniBuild” also took part in the construction of the famous obstetrical clinic “Dr. Shterev” SA.
