About RICHHOUSE

The Make RICHHOUSE is a property of MKM-BG GRUP Ltd. The production is entrusted to Eng. Krasimir Enchev (handy phone +359 898 65 84 15).

The Production base RICHHOUSE is located at Zimnitsa village, province Yambol. The staff working there is previously trained team of specialists.

In September 2007 began building of Production base RICHHOUSE.

At the beginning of 2008 began first probations of SIP-production machine.

From the midyear the Base RICHHOUSE can work at full blast and began production of the SIP for first houses RICHHOUSE in Bulgaria.

Production capacity is about 30m2SIP per hour. At our base we produce SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) by sizes, given in accordance to assigned project.

Our aim is all needed materials to be delivered on building site prefabricated and ready for assembling. Using full capacity of the Production Base - up to two houses could be cut out daily.

ADVANTAGES:

• High efficiency - high thermo-insulating properties of the construction at comparatively small thickness of the walls (SIP with 15 cm thickness has the same heat-evolvement as brick wall with

2.8 m thickness).

• All-season - Construction can be done at every season of the year (there are no wet processes).

• Rapidity - high building temp (about a month for a family two-storey house with spread area 150m2.

• Low labour-consumption - construction without usage of heavy constructional equipment and with small team (4-5 persons).

• Diversity - the technology allows realization of complex constructive decisions, as well as great diversity of choice for finishing off materials.

• Strength - vertical loading 10 tons of panel with 1,25m2 width and transversely loading 2 tons/m2, resistant to big earthquakes and winds at a speed of 250km/h

(5-th degree tornado).

• Hydro-insulation – for SIP construction are used solely water-resistant materials, which supply perfect hydro-insulation of entire construction.

• Longevity - long exploiting period. Accounted period is not less than 80 years.

• Lightness – an extremely low weight f the construction.

• Inflamability – Fire resistant class B, C-s2, d0 (not readily flammable, without spotted melting on fire).

• Steadiness to insects and rodents – a special treatment of materials, their high density and specific laying out do not allow insects penetration and construction’s injury from rodents.

• Accessibility – low prime cost, due to reduced labour expenses, realization term, unique of technology (the walls and beams inside them are acting as framework) and the lack of additional thermo-insulating.

• Ecological – no harmful injurious influence on environment and human being during production process as well as during exploiting process. The materials are 100% recyclable. Furthermore, not of small importance is the fact, that for producing house’s constructive elements uses about 3 times less energy, comparing with monolithic construction.
