Since 1991 through the system of monolithic construction the company has built six buildings with ninety-eight apartments, eleven stores, five offices, twenty-two garages, a social contacts club, nine family houses, two gas stations, an office and store of “Kaproni Ad”. The firm has also renovated two departments of “Bulgarian Rose – Sevtopolis Ad”, the building of the city council in Kazanlak, and has made complete renovation of the “Resort for the Hardworking man” in the city of Pavel Banq .
Acknowledging the necessity of the market for quality construction with short construction periods and the increasing importance of healthy inhabitance and comfort the owners register “Ecozid ltd” in February 2004. During the annual Construction exposition – Stroiko 2000 – held in May, “Ecozid” presents its designs for prefabricated construction using timber materials. “Ecozid ltd” has a personal of 35 employees, an accountant, lawyer, architect, designers. The fastest growing department is the one of constructors.
