The Company has established financially stable structure, allowing it to undertake the execution of any kind of construction works in considerable amount, as well as to ensure the fulfillment of the commitments undertaken.
''Building Development Holding'' ЕООD was established in 2002 with 100 % private capital. The Holding Company benefits from the rich experience and continuity of its subsidiaries, which activity dates back to 1990 and covers the overall range of the construction process. Its quick progress is due to its own workforce capacity of highly-qualified executives and managers, manufacturing and technical equipment facilities and means of transport.
Since May 2004 the Holding Company has been a regular member of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber, and after its transformation into the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, it has been its regular member.
Since 29.02.2008, by virtue of Art.6 of the Regulation on Entering into and Keeping the Central Professional Register of the Constructor and Protocol No 0033 of the Commission, the “BD Holding” EOOD has been entered into the register of the following groups:
first group – high-rise construction, its adjacent infrastructure, electronic communication networks and facilities
second group – transport infrastructure constructions
third group – energy infrastructure constructions
fourth group – constructions of public works infrastructure, hydro-technical construction and environmental protection
fifth group – individual kinds of Construction and Installation Works in accordance.
