RIMPEX Ltd. is a private company founded in 1990. RIMPEX Ltd. manufactures refractory materials and shapes for construction and repair of refractory linings in the iron and steel industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, ceramics, glass, cement and lime production, chemical industry, machine building, power plants, etc.

:: The company activities also include erection of low- and high temperature insulation as well as construction and repair of all kinds of industrial furnaces.

:: The manufacturing facilities of the company have an annual capacity of ca. 2000 t unshaped refractories.

:: RIMPEX TRADE Ltd. is a separate private company, initially involved with the trading business sector of RIMPEX Ltd. - implementing the import of raw materials for the production process and marketing their final products. Nowadays it has widened the scope of activity by establishing in 2002 a representation office in China, which remarkably enhanced the import line through:

• contracting the delivery of refractory raw materials directly from the manufacturers at extremely competitive prices;

• close contacts with the biggest and most reputable producers, enabling to complement the unshaped products, manufactured by RIMPEX Ltd. with a wide variety of bricks and shapes: fireclay, high alumina, magnesia, magnesia-carbon, magnesia-chrome, magnesia-spinel, etc., as well as with insulating refractory fibre products: in bulk, paper, textile, blanket, ropes.

In this way RIMPEX TRADE Ltd. can offer the delivery of the full range of refractory products for the iron and steel industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, glass, cement and lime production, at preferential terms, from the original manufacturers.
