Links geprüft am Oktober 2026. Bulgarische Ministerien werden nach einem Regierungswechsel mitunter zusammengelegt oder umbenannt, und ihre Adressen können sich dabei ändern. Ministerien und Behörden veröffentlichen zuerst auf Bulgarisch; die englischen Versionen sind oft kürzer.
