“PATSTROY-92” Plc has been created as an independent trade company with state property by Disposition No 25/1993 of the Council of Ministers, after its separation from the General Road Administration.
At the beginning of 1997 the company has been privatized and 100% of the shares of the company became private property.
The subject of activity of “PATSTROY-92” Plc according the Commercial Register is:
construction, repair and maintenance of high roads, roads and road structures, urban communications and infrastructures;
designing, engineering, investment and consultancy;
production of aggregates, concrete and concrete products, asphalt mixtures and bitumen emulsion;
construction and transport equipment services;
trading activity.
“PATSTROY - 92” Plc. was introduced to the market of the road construction with considerable construction capacity, specialized equipment and technologies for execution of large volume of earthworks, base courses and pavement. The total production capacity for the execution of road and asphalt works is approximately 50 mill. Lev (25 mil EURO) annually.
The market share of the Company is about 4-5 % of the invested funds in road construction, repair and maintenance.
