The company "Construction Group LTD" is registered in Shumen district court decision № 154/15.02.2007 and is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber in 2007 in the records with the same protocol № 0032/29.02.2008.

The Company is formed after the division of Building Trade LTD Shumen and inherits all construction activity and part of its assets. During the period of its existence, has proven to be correct and preferred partner of the construction market.

The main activity of the Company include:

* The full implementation and commissioning of residential, industrial and commercial buildings;

* Implementation, reconstruction and commissioning of external water supply and sewerage systems and treatment plants etc.;

* Construction of infrastructure objects;

* Construction and repair of domestic water supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation;

* Production and installation of metal structures, elements of production halls, equipment, fences, etc.;

* Installation of industrial flooring, polished concrete and stamped, self-leveling flooring, antistatic and antibacterial floor and wall coverings and more.

* Rehabilitation and maintenance of industrial halls, residential and public buildings and facilities;

* Construction of façade and roof sheathing and insulation

* Industrial construction;

* Investments in real estate.

* Construction of swimming pools and spa centers

In the period of its existence "Construction Group LTD" has built and delivered to the reception committees many construction sites, buildings, shops, offices, administrative buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, infrastructure projects from excavation to commissioning.

The company has the requisite number of technical managers. "Construction Group LTD" has its own warehouse. For the purposes of its operation the company has a machine park, which is in very good condition - machines for making earth works - excavation, embankments and compacting, machines for manual hydraulic and mechanical breaking of molded concrete, masonry and flooring; vehicles; apparatus for welding work.
