It is located on the southern slopes of the Western Balkan, about 4 kilometers northwest of the village Balsha and about 20 kilometers from Sofia.
Mine extractive factory "Balsha" PLC manufactures products for construction - supplementary materials for concrete, asphalt mixtures, road bases, embankments and other rock.
The products are manufactured and certified under the BDS-EN to ensure good quality. The company operates a quality management system ISO 9001:2008.
