ALEXANDROV GROUP Co. is a building company specializing in the construction, marketing and management of holiday developments in Sunny Beach and Nessebar , Bulgaria . The organization is formed completely on a local basis, which enables the priority to be a landowner of the best building plots and to be very well acquainted with the point of the real estate market in that area.

In 2000, the building of the first of a number of ambitious projects of Chavdar Alexandrov – Alexandrov Plaza hotel - is finished. The luxurious seven-storey building remains in the history of Nessebar as the first four star hotel in the popular tourist town. Alexandrov Plaza soon turns into favorite place for holiday for a number of renowned Bulgarian persons and makes popular the name “Alexandrov” as a symbol of comfort and quality. The hotel is successfully functioning for 5 years already welcoming tourists from all over the world, until 2006, when following the trends of contemporary development it was reconstructed into apartments for sale under the name Alexandrov Residence .
