The flexographic company "STIKO 90" is specialized in flexographic printing on PP, PE and BOPP flexible foils, as well as extrusion of PP, PE and five layered coextruded barrier foils for packaging purposes in the food processing, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
In 2006 the company acquired the first in Bulgaria eight-color printing machine Windmoller & Holscher "NOVOFLEX" - Gearless, providing a fully automated and steady print throughout the whole production process.
The lamination is performed with a "COMEXI - CL" machine, with the application of dual component polyurethane solvent-free glue. This fact excludes the possibility the packaging to contain any residual solvents, which would be against the EU regulations on food products packaging.
The company is certified according to the ISO 9001 standards.
