MEGAPORT LTD was established in 1992 and is now a leading manufacturer on the Bulgarian market for polymer and co-polymer films, packages and materials. At the end of 2007 we opened our second factory in the town of Veliko Tarnovo which has an area of more than 6 000 sq.m. The opening coincided with the celebrations for the 15th anniversary of the company. The investments made aim at enhancing production capacity and efficiency, and product quality.
In the factories and our commercial offices in the city of Sofia and in the towns of Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas, Pleven we employ a staff of more than 400. Approximately 75% of our production is intended for the domestic market. Our foreign clients come from various European countries: Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Romania, Macedonia, etc.
In 2005 MEGAPORT was certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard by UNITED Registrar of Systems Ltd. The corporate goals and quality policy have led to an increase of the total efficiency of the company and attraction of new clients, as well as an enhancement of the level of satisfaction in the clients and to a significant lowering of the internal company losses.
The management considers its specialists as its greatest capital and with a view to their development prospects we put our best efforts into increasing their qualifications and providing them with the best of labour conditions and remuneration packages.
