Energy Lawyers is an informal Legal Advise Partnership between "Legal House Arshinkova and Koleva" Ltd. and "Chobanov Consult" Ltd. It has been established in 2000 aiming to joint and mutually to expand the knowledge and experience of the only presently available lawyers competent in the Energy and Energy Efficiency Act and secondary legislation resulting from it with possibly the most high experience in the field of energy, concessions and privatization.
Energy Lawyers are specialized in legal consultancy and offer services of high quality. They provide legal assistance and advising energy companies, investors and other persons in the field of Energy Law and on various aspects of energy (electricity, heat, coal and natural gas sector), competition and regulation, Corporation and Commercial Law, Civil, Real and Administrative Law, investments in the field of the energy, privatization, concessions, non-profit organizations.
Energy Lawyers are closely involved in drafting of new energy legislation and are the main authors of the Energy and Energy Efficiency Act, Act for amendment of the EEEA, Law on safety use of Nuclear Energy and Ordinances of their implementation, harmonization of energy legislation to the EU.
