In 2007 Minka Andreeva faced with the challenge to develop and produce jointly with a team of professionals a series of healthy food products HUMMUS under the trade mark VERNADA, adapted to the Bulgarian taste, on a natural base, suitable for mass consumption.

The products have a high nutrition value, rich contents of proteins, fibres, iron, vitamins and minerals, which make such products preferred in the rational nutrition of vegetarians, people suffering of diabetes and high blood pressure, overweight people and sportsmen.

MISSION

* To establish the food products of HUMMUS series on the Bulgarian market;

* To cooperate with scientific institutes, operating for the food industry;

* To launch European standards of quality and control in all activities of the company;

The food products of HUMMUS series, produced under the trade mark VERNADA, are patent products for Bulgaria and are produced under Technological Documentation and the HACCP

system in food industry that ensure quality and safety of the food throughout the world.
