The biggest party we catered for was a party at the Boyana Residence for the Office of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria - 6000 guests.
Since 1991 we have produced over 150 000 plates (our own production).
We produce 100 plates daily.
Starting from February 1st, 2005 we will be producing 200 plates daily.
