Interbroks OOD was established in 1999 and has been a full member of the Sofia Commodity Exchange AD since April 3, 2000. The objects of the company include qualified brokerage for the purchase and sale of goods traded on commodity exchanges, provision of specific information on the market and price conditions. Our company is constantly developing in order to provide complex quality services to our clients.

In order to offer exceptional services to our clients we have the greatest number of accredited highly qualified brokers specialized in trading in different groups of goods.

Our extensive expertise acquired in the process of concluding exchange contracts (exceeding 800) for different goods ranging from oil products, metals and spare parts to the main foodstuffs, and our good knowledge of the local and international market help us offer to our clients preliminary information of the market state of affairs in terms of the respective goods, thus helping our clients in determining their final conditions for each specific exchange order.

In order to guarantee the reliability of market information, our company has established lasting contacts with international information sources reflecting the prices of the main raw materials quoted on world markets, we maintain and constantly update our database created through marketing research.

Pursuant to the Public Procurement Act effective as of June 1, 2006 promulgated in the State Gazette, issue 37 dd. May 05, 2006 (more specifically Art. 90, paragraph 1, item 11 and Art. 103, paragraph 2, item 9) in the capacity of exchange member INTERBROKS OOD accepts offers and performs exchange transactions for the purchase of goods assigned by state enterprises and companies.

In addition to our exchange activities, the company also performs direct business operations for the purchase and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals on the domestic market, in case of import, export and reexport.
