Description I’m selling a working company, specialized in the production of metal products – stoves, fireplaces and solid fuel cauldrons, along with the properties that belong to the company.

The company possesses 15000 m2 of flat asphalted terrain with the following buildings:

1. Solid-built two-storey administrative building with a built area of 373.5 m2, which includes 4 offices, storage premises, a staff canteen (being furnished at the moment), a boarding wing for guests and company employees, a lavatory and local heating.

2. Solid-built single-storey building – office and gas station with built area of 33.21 m2 and three fuel tanks.

3. Production hall with built area of 576 m2 with a lavatory, bathroom, changing room for the workers, instrumental and assembly line for production of fireplaces.

4. Storehouse for finished products – 198 m2.

On the territory of the factory there is an asphalted, flat undeveloped ground (about 10000 m2) which provides the possibility of installing a solar voltaic power station with capacity of about 400-450 kwh. The sunny days in the region of Strelcha, where the factory is situated, are approximately 288 a year.

The company is being sold with all of its available furniture, documentation, contracts and markets, machine and auto-park, namely:

- a lathe;

- a metal processing machine;

- digital sheet bending machines;

- digital guillotines;

- a corner cutting machine;

- a compressor with 16 m3 receiver;

- wire-feeding devices;

The company has a market share of 8000 fireplaces a year at production capacity of 12000 products. The company has been working with distributors who have developed markets in Bulgaria as well as in Greece and Macedonia. The Greek customers are particularly interested in our fireplaces and cauldrons, because they are highly effective. Our distributors’ research in Xanthi and Solun show a minimal quota of about 6000 to 8000 items a year, demanded by the Greek market alone. The company produces new fireplaces and cauldrons with automated combustion process (automated temperature regulation and fuel feeding). There are also mobile facilities for eco briquette and pellet production.

The average annual volume of sold production for 2006 and 2007 is 1,230,000.00 levs. The full use of the production capacities can lead to average annual volume of production manufactured and sold

4,500,000.00 to 5,300,000.00 levs.
