In the beginning of 2007, thе lawyers Eleonora Tzvetkova and Tzvetmoir Todorov joined their practices to form the Law Firm Todorov and Partners. Each of the founding partners had already achieved considerable professional prominence by the time the law firm was formed. Although the founding partners had very different backgrounds, skills and interests, they have one common vision: a vision for excellence and highest professional standards.

Real Estate

We structure a wide variety of investment vehicles, including funds, corporations, and limited liability companies. Our team has vast experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including: acquisition of real estates, portfolio sales, real estate investment funds, sales and leasebacks, developments, project and property management.

Construction

We work with both domestic and international contractors and owners of projects, including state-owned entities and private businesses. Our practice includes legal advices to investors, developers, construction companies, and design firms.

Tax

We provide clients with innovative and effective tax-related legal advice. While all efforts are aimed at avoiding any conflicts with the Tax authorities through competent advice, and detailed contracts, sometimes the desired by the client outcome can only be obtained in adversarial tax administrative proceedings or in court, whereas in such instances the cases are tried.

Litigation

We handle civil cases throughout Bulgaria, and we appear regularly in courts, arbitrations and administrative agency proceedings. We are trying claims as diverse as employment cases, divorces and child support cases, insurance disputes, real estate disputes and various tax cases.

Corporations

We provide a broad range of corporate and business services to publicly held corporations and private businesses. We often serve as general counsel for corporations and represent them in all aspects of their corporate life – from the original establishment of the enterprise through all aspects of its evolution and operation.
