In order to answer in a best way to the requirements of our clients, we provide a wide range of services with a particular emphasis on the Civil and Trade Law, as well as international economical relations and in order to receive an optimal service. With the purpose of providing an optimum service, We also offer a legal representation in front of all respective Bulgarian governmental and non governmental institutions and courts. we also provide a legal maintenance of Trading Partnerships on a subscription basis.
1. Civil Law
We provide to our clients legal consultations and analysis of Civil law problems, as well as legal representation in front of the Bulgarian legal institutions. We draw up notarial acts, power of attorney, certificates, invitations and other civil legal documents, as well as contracts for registration, transformation and dissolution of cooperative societies, joint adventure, foundations and non-profit-making companies.
2. Trade Law
One of the services that we provide to our clients is a legal servicing in the sphere of Company law- registration, transformation and dissolution of trading corporations and single member companies. We prepare all kind of contracts under the Bulgarian trade legislation as well as provide legal consultations and analysis of business deals, bank affections and guarantees, mortgages and pledges. We also offer preparation of bilingual and multilingual contracts and participation in negotiations.
3. Real Estate and Construction
We provide legal services in the field of real estate and construction. This includes cooperation in the whole process of acquisition of real estate property and participation in investment projects, construction and sale, as well as investigation of ownership title and statute, representation in negotiations, preparation of contracts in multiple languages.
4. Disputes
We offer to our clients legal defense and representation in front of all Bulgarian legal bodies in civil and trade law disputes and executory proceedings.
