Following an in-depth review of a prospective client's project description documents and a round of questions, Haemimont will typically submit a preliminary assessment and bid. If the client prefers, Haemimont will also provide retainer services over an extended period of time. On go-ahead, each project is managed in a multi-phased process. Haemimont is pleased to enter this process at any phase as best suits a client's needs. For example, if a Functional Specification exists, Haemimont will bid only the System Architecture and Development phases of a project.
