PirinStroy Ltd. is a construction company based in the town of Razlog (5 km away from Bansko - the newest Bulgarian ski resort), region Blagoevgrad. The company was established in 1989.
Its main activity is design and construction of residential and commercial buildings. It also does repair and reconstruction of buildings. It trades with building materials in the country and abroad. The specialised constructions that we do are related to various by type and purpose stone fitting works, facings and floorings made of natural and artificial stone as well as wooden boarding. The majority of our buildings are hotels, business offices, trade projects, tourism and production buildings. Pirinstroy offers a wide range of building services from planning and design through completion.
The company has a production base of 22 decares, screening installation for production of concrete and lime solution, own concrete centre and limekiln. We have a disposal of storage base and fixture workshop for the production of metal parts.
We produse concrete В10, В15, В20 (for concrete pump), В25, В30, water-tight concrete, plaster 1/2, 1/3. We have accellerants for fast hardening of concrete and antifreeze additives down to –10°C. We produse concrete and perlite-concrete bricks size 15/20/40 cm and concrete pipes (muffle type) with diameter from 150 mm to 1000 mm.
The company has 12 vehicles, which serve the sites and the production base. These are excavators, dumpers, trucks, cocnrete mixers and concrete pumps.
We build in the country and abroad. PirinStroy has been executive of number of important building sites through the programs of the European Union - Leader 1 and Leader 2, Sapard, related to tourism and ecotourism.
The company employ qualified engineers, specialists in the field of construction and building-installation teams. We have an inspecting company, which is responsible for the preparation and control of the project while it is being built and for the obtaining of authorization for use from the state (Act 16).
