For its almost 16 years of existence INDJOV 19 gained considerable experience in the field of design and realization of projects such as:
- one-family houses and joint ownership residential buildings
- office and administrative buildings
- industrial and production plant buildings.
The most valuable capital of the company is the staff, which consists of:
- masons (brick laying and shuttering);
- plasterers;
- mosaic, lining and facing layers;
- building carpenters;
- metal structure erectors;
- steel fitters;
- painters;
- glaziers;
- electricians;
- plumbers.
Their high skills have been proved by a number of luxury projects performed by the company. The number of workers varies from 90 to 150 persons depending on the volume of civil-erection works performed.

Production and storage facilities of 3 000 square m., a part of which -1 500 sq. m. are covered and located in the south-west part of the town of Yambol.
Heavy and light duty building machinery - dumpers, trucks, lorry-mounted crane, compressor, mosaic polishing machines, plastering machines and multifunctional drilling machines. Workshop for small concrete products - slabs, curbs and etc., located three kilometres east from Yambol town in the village of Stara reka.
