BISK ltd. is a member of the Bulgarian holding structure of GIFTA JSC. GIFTA represents a group of leading Bulgarian companies embracing a broad complex of operations connected with agricultural production and related activities, grain trading, storage, transportation and handling of cereals, distribution of livestock feed components, ship agency, port services and also construction activities.
Given the demands of the market, the company structure has succeeded since the early 90's to expand its activities and manage the entire supply chain from production to export of grain.

BISK is currently building:
• A residential complex situated just few kilometers from the city centre and the golden beaches of the nearby resorts. It consists of two apartment houses, with total of 22 luxurious apartments with view to the Black sea. The distance from the sea is just 600 meters.
• A hotel situated 2 km from the city centre and 50 m from the sandy beaches.
BISK plans to build:
• A 6-storey residential building situated in one of the most aristocratic suburbs of Varna called "Greek suburb". It is situated just some minutes walk from the golden beaches, the Marine Park and the centre of the city.
