PIRS Ltd. is registered on 23.08.1994 with Plivdiv Regional Court Act 7672. Initially the company office is seated at 36 Academic Derjavin Str., Plovdiv

Construction is the main activity of the company. PIRS Ltd operates priorly in high biuldings construction which includes new constructions as well as repair works of public and industry buildings (offices, shops, bank administration premises, production halls), as well as residential buildings (residential cooperations and family premises) .

PIRS Ltd has a number of successful projects in the sphere of ground construction land routes and underground communication construction.

The company has highly qualified employees who can manage the work according to the best praxis in the sphere of post construction finish-off activities, isolation, dry construction etc.

Planning and development

Pirs-D has highly qualified staff, modern calculation equipment and a large set of software products to perform planning and development of on ground construction sites.

The employees of the company have participated in development and construction works, as well as in repair works to damaged buildings and constructions particularly on the recovery of the regions affected by the earthquakes in Bulgaria in 1978 and 1987. The activities include development of various construction plans such as monolith buildings, steel constructions, large scale shuttering, pack-raised slabs, grid and cassette constructions, pre-strained 1-72", single panel residential buildings in Bulgaria, Russia and Yemen, supporting and fortification facilities in drag down areas, special heating and air conditioning installations.
