Tezgiah is an artisan bakery in Burgas founded by the Hristevi family in 2017, with sourdough bread, pastries, coffee and brunch at Tezgiah Bread and Bakery on Tsar Asen I Street 2 and Tezgiah Sweets and Bakery on General Gurko Street 53. Every loaf rises slowly in the cold for between 16 and 36 hours and then bakes in a 100-year-old stone oven, and it offers over 100 original flavours, including vegan and gluten-free treats.
