In 1991 was registered the sole proprietorship company BONI Oborot – Borislav Nikolov to deal with trade and public catering. In the next few years the business was entirely directed to meat processing and manufacture and trade in meat products. Further on BONI Oborot has successfully expanded its business by systematic increase and renewal of its basic stock, creation of new directions and expansion of its product list. As a result of the adopted investment strategy step by step BONI Oborot acquired long-term tangible assets, which cover individual phases of the manufacturing cycle of meat and meat products. New operating meat-processing factories join the company structure.

Based on the needs of its own meat-processing units and the market in general, the management of BONI has built strategic structures to cover all phases of meat production and meat processing. The purpose is optimum satisfaction of customer requirements and covering the outlined market niches.
