NORTOP was established in Sofia in 1993. Its major activities include engineering works, as well as commercial activities such as import and trade with novel quality materials and products for building.
Over the years the company has established stable positions in a highly competitive environment. This is due mostly to the launching of new technologies and products, the strict monitoring of their high-quality implementation and utilization, the using of modern specialized equipment, the good organization and rapport among the various executive sections, the adherence to construction norms and deadlines. Not in the least, the right selection of personnel – trading, engineering, design and implementation staff – has contributed for the corporate image.
The corporate structure of NORTOP Ltd. is divided into three major departments – Trade & Commerce, Installation & Mounting and Office Administration.
The company has distributors in Sofia, Plovdiv, Bourgas, Varna, Pleven, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo, Montana and Vratsa. It also works successfully with specialized shopping chains like Mr. Bricolage, Masterhaus and with medium and smaller commercial enterprises.
The engineering activities of the company cover the full process of starting with the initial consultancy, prospecting, design and ending with the construction of the respective project. The company erects prefabricated wooden houses, wooden construction structures, sloping and flat roof structures, pergols and barbecues, manufacturing and storage rooms, winter gardens and other architectural wooden elements according to European requirements and standards. It does assembly and mounting of the FAKRO rooftop skylights system and roof systems (roof windows).
The commercial activities concern the import and marketing of a broad spectrum of products for the construction of roofs and wooden structures.
A major place is taken by the FAKRO roof windows systems, which is offered in all possible types and configurations.
