BULCARGO Ltd. is an independent company for Marine and Cargo Surveys.

Established in 1991, the company is specialized in quality and quantity control of all kinds of goods and raw materials.

Our business activities are closely coordinated with all state institutions related to import and export of goods such as the State Agency for Standards and Metrology, the Bulgarian Customs State Agency, the Border Control entities, as well as the State Sanitary and Veterinary organizations.

The inspection of goods during both loading and discharging is effected here as an integral process of thorough supervision and monitoring of the condition of the corresponding vehicles, warehouses, storage, handling, stowage and securing of the cargo. This process is performed with guaranteed high professional competence.

To ascertain the condition of goods modern methods are employed for measuring, laboratory analyses and expertise by specialists with certified proficiency and rich experience in commodity inspections.

In case of discrepancies between the declared and ascertained quality and quantity of the goods (shortage, damage, etc.) relevant reports are issued with damage assessment and corresponding proofs applied, e.g. pictures, diagrams, etc.

On basis of the analysis and inspection results BULCARGO Ltd issues certificates of international validity and judicial value for legislative and insurance institutions.
