About Coffee & Gallery Cu29

Coffee & Gallery Cu29 is a café and contemporary art space in the Kapana district of Plovdiv that officially opened at the beginning of June 2016. Since 2017 the gallery has worked with AMcontemporary, a gallery and cultural institute in Basel, on projects in Bulgaria and Switzerland. It is housed in a former craft workshop of coppersmith Petar Tolev, who was born in 1906 and owned several shops in Kapana.
